How to Stop Valpak Mail

Remove your address in four steps

1. Keep one envelope. Use the address exactly as it appears on the Valpak label.
2. Open the official form. Confirm that the page is on valpak.com before entering your information.
3. Include the unit number. Valpak specifically asks apartment residents to include an apartment, suite, or box number.
4. Save the confirmation. Keep the date so you know when to follow up if the envelope continues.

Why another envelope may still arrive

Valpak says removal can take several weeks because its advertising programs are prepared in advance. An envelope already printed or entered into the mailing process may arrive after the request.

If mail continues beyond that period, compare the new label with the address you submitted. A missing apartment number, changed street format, or second recipient name can point to another mailing record.

What the Valpak form does not stop

The request covers Valpak mailings. It does not remove your address from other coupon publishers, local advertisers, political campaigns, or neighborhood delivery programs. Use the advertiser's own contact for each separate sender.
