1. Agreement to these Terms
Junk Mail Magic is operated by Adore LLC. By accessing the website, creating an account, uploading mail photos, using the service, or purchasing service credits, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Junk Mail Magic.
2. What Junk Mail Magic does
Junk Mail Magic helps users reduce unwanted physical mail. You upload a photo of a mail piece, and we use automation, AI tools, and manual review where needed to identify the sender, prepare a sender-specific removal request, and submit that request to the sender or its listed contact channels.
Junk Mail Magic is a real-world physical-mail service. Payments buy service work for physical-mail removal requests. They do not buy digital content, in-app consumables, or premium app features.
3. Your authorization for us to act
When you submit a mail photo, you authorize Adore LLC and Junk Mail Magic to act as your limited agent for the purpose of requesting removal from physical-mail, catalog, postal, direct-mail, and similar mailing lists. This limited authorization allows us to contact senders, provide information visible on the mail piece when needed, reference the uploaded photo as evidence, and request confirmation of removal.
This authorization is limited to unwanted physical-mail removal work. It does not authorize us to make purchases, change unrelated accounts, give legal advice, or act for you in any other matter.
4. User responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Submit only mail addressed to you, your household, your business, or someone you are authorized to help.
- Upload clear photos that show the sender and the recipient mailing address when possible.
- Do not submit bills, legal notices, government notices, tax notices, collection notices, or time-sensitive financial mail.
- Not submit fraudulent, harassing, illegal, or unrelated images.
- Not use Junk Mail Magic to impersonate someone or interfere with another person's mail.
- Understand that sender compliance and mail delivery timing are outside our full control.
5. Accounts and free trial
You may need an account to submit requests, preserve usage history, and receive service updates. New accounts may receive one free unsubscribe credit. We may change, limit, or end free-trial availability to prevent abuse, manage operating costs, or update the service.
6. Payments, service credits, and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Service credits are used for physical-mail unsubscribe request work. A one-time service pack does not renew. A monthly subscription renews automatically until canceled and provides the listed number of mail-removal credits each billing period.
A credit is consumed when we submit a removal request for a mail piece. If we reject an image because it does not show physical mail, or if we cannot send a request, we may return the unused credit. One-time service-pack credits do not expire while your account remains active. Monthly credits reset each billing period and unused monthly credits do not roll over.
You can manage or cancel a monthly subscription from the signed-in Account page, which opens Stripe billing management. Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals but does not automatically refund completed service work or prior billing periods.
7. Refunds
If the service is not a fit or you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@adorellc.pro. We review refund requests in good faith. Refund availability may depend on whether service credits were used, whether mail-removal work has already been performed, fraud or abuse concerns, and payment processor rules.
8. Service results and timing
We work to identify senders and submit useful removal requests, but we cannot guarantee that every sender will honor a request, respond, or stop physical mail immediately. Paper mail can continue for several mailing cycles after a request because senders, printers, list brokers, and postal schedules operate on their own timelines.
9. Photos, AI, and manual review
Junk Mail Magic may use AI tools, OCR, search tools, email delivery providers, storage providers, and manual review to process mail photos. If a photo does not appear to show physical mail, is unclear, or is missing required sender or recipient information, we may reject it, ask for a clearer photo, or decline to send a request.
10. Privacy and data handling
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with for service delivery, and how to request deletion. Because physical-mail unsubscribe work may require contacting senders, you authorize us to share the information needed to make those removal requests.
11. Support, account deletion, and communications
Service emails, payment emails, billing notices, and request-status updates are part of the service. You can contact support at support@adorellc.pro. You can request account deletion from the Account deletion page or by emailing support from your account email, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
12. Prohibited uses
You may not use Junk Mail Magic to:
- Submit mail you are not authorized to manage.
- Upload illegal, abusive, unrelated, or intentionally misleading content.
- Attack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service.
- Bypass usage limits, payment requirements, or abuse controls.
- Use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.
13. Intellectual property
Junk Mail Magic, the website, software, branding, content, and related materials are owned by Adore LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, or reuse them except as allowed by these Terms or written permission.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adore LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adore LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for third-party sender actions or inactions.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adore LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
16. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update the service, pricing, credits, policies, and these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account creates risk, violates these Terms, abuses the free trial, threatens service reliability, or uses the service unlawfully.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where permitted by law, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the parties agree to another process.
