Money Mailer publishes 866-983-5665 as its customer-service number in its Privacy Policy. The policy also says people can contact the company about marketing preferences. State clearly that your request concerns the physical Money Mailer envelope, not email.

1. Have the envelope and mailing label in front of you.
2. Ask to stop Money Mailer postal advertising at the exact delivery address.
3. Read the recipient wording, unit number, city, state, and ZIP code as printed.
4. Ask whether another household-name variation must be removed separately.
5. Record the date and any confirmation or case number.

Do not provide a Social Security number, payment card, password, or identity document for a paper-mail preference request.
