How to Stop Pottery Barn Catalogs

Pottery Barn provides a catalog mailing-options page for reducing unwanted print mail. Use the name and address from a recent catalog so the company can find the correct record.

Change your Pottery Barn catalog mailings

  1. Keep a recent catalog. You will need the recipient details printed on its mailing label.
  2. Open Pottery Barn's official Catalog Mailing Options page. Use the catalog controls there to reduce the mailings sent to your address.
  3. Match the label exactly. Include apartment, unit, company, and name details as printed. Small differences can point to separate mailing records.
  4. Keep the request date. Catalogs prepared before the preference change may still arrive afterward.

Use the address form for a move or typo

If the catalog has an old or incorrect address, use Pottery Barn's Catalog Address Change form. Pottery Barn says this changes catalog mailing information, not the address stored in your online account.

For duplicate catalogs, compare both labels before making a request. A middle initial, alternate spelling, or unit-format difference can reveal why two copies are being mailed.

Call when the online option does not match the label

Pottery Barn lists customer service at 1-888-779-5176. Its address-change page lists 1-866-395-8597 for catalog address changes and duplicate-catalog issues. Have the catalog with you when you call.

Catalog preferences are separate from email

Changing postal catalog preferences does not unsubscribe an email address, and an email unsubscribe does not stop paper catalogs. Use the control for the channel you want to change.

If other catalogs keep arriving

A Pottery Barn request only changes Pottery Barn mailings. Handle each other retailer separately, or use the broader catalog opt-out guide to choose the right route.
