How to Stop Lands’ End Catalogs

Lands’ End accepts catalog-removal requests by phone or email. Its privacy policy also lets you ask the company to withhold your name from third-party marketing lists.

Contact Lands’ End to stop catalogs

  1. Keep a recent mailing label. Copy the recipient name and address exactly as printed.
  2. Call 1-800-963-4816 or email websiteinquiry@landsend.com. Say that you want to stop printed catalogs.
  3. Include enough information to find the record. Give the full name and postal address from the label. Include a customer number if the catalog shows one.
  4. Keep the request date. Lands’ End says processing can take two to four weeks.

These instructions appear in the company's official privacy policy.

Ask to stop third-party marketing too

Lands’ End presents catalog removal and third-party marketing as separate choices. If you do not want your name made available to other marketers, include that request in the same call or email.

A concise request can say: “Please stop Lands’ End catalogs to the name and address below, and withhold this name from third-party marketing lists.” Then paste the label exactly.

Do not confuse postal mail with email

An unsubscribe link in a promotional email changes email preferences. It does not necessarily remove the postal address used for catalogs. State that your request concerns paper catalogs and postal marketing.

If another catalog arrives

Wait through the stated two-to-four-week processing period, then compare the new label with the one you submitted. A second spelling, household member, old address, or customer record can require another request.

For catalogs from other retailers, follow the general catalog opt-out guide and contact each sender separately.
