How to Stop Uline Catalogs

Uline has an official form for catalog and print-promotion preferences. Keep the back cover or mailing label nearby so the company can match the right address.

Open Uline's official Mail Preferences form. The form has separate choices for regular catalog mailings and print promotions or special offers.

Remove your address from Uline mailings

  1. Keep one recent catalog. Use the recipient and business name exactly as they appear on the mailing label.
  2. Find the customer number if available. Uline says it appears in a yellow box on the back of the catalog. The form marks this field as optional.
  3. Choose both preferences you want changed. Select Unsubscribe from All Catalogs and, if desired, Unsubscribe from All Special Offers.
  4. Enter the full delivery address. Include the company, apartment, suite, or unit information printed on the piece.
  5. Submit and keep the date. Save enough of the label to compare with any later catalog.

Allow 6 to 8 weeks

Uline's mailing-list FAQ says catalogs can continue for up to 6 to 8 weeks because mailings are produced months in advance. A catalog that arrives during that window does not necessarily mean the request failed.

Catalogs and special offers are separate

The form exposes one preference for regular catalogs and another for print promotions and special offers. Change both if you want all promotional print mail from Uline to stop. Changing an email preference does not replace this postal-mail request.

If catalogs still arrive

After the stated processing window, compare the new label with the address you submitted. A different company name, recipient spelling, customer number, or suite can represent another mailing record. Submit the form again with the exact new label.

Uline's privacy policy also lists customer service at 1-800-295-5510 for privacy and information-choice requests.

What the Uline form does not stop

The form changes Uline mail preferences only. It does not stop catalogs from other retailers, coupon envelopes, or mail sent to every address in an area. Use our catalog guide to handle each separate sender.

Where Junk Mail Magic fits

Use Uline's form when the brand is clear. For a catalog or flyer without an obvious preference page, photograph one piece so Junk Mail Magic can identify the sender and prepare the request.
