How to Stop Oriental Trading Catalogs
Oriental Trading directs people to contact the company to leave its catalog mailing list. Its privacy policy also provides a specific phone number and fax number for catalog and list-sharing choices.
Request removal from the catalog list
- Keep the back cover or mailing label. Use the printed recipient and address exactly as they appear.
- Call 1-800-348-6483. Ask Oriental Trading to stop catalogs at that address.
- Ask about list sharing too. The same policy says this contact can be used if you do not want your name shared with unaffiliated businesses.
- Record the date. Oriental Trading says removal may take two to four weeks.

Use fax or the contact page instead
The privacy policy lists 1-800-327-8904 as the fax number for catalog and list-sharing requests. Oriental Trading's contact page also offers its current customer-service channels.
Include the full name and postal address from the catalog. Do not send payment information or unrelated account details with a mailing-preference request.
Why another catalog may arrive
Oriental Trading explains that catalog lists are selected months before distribution. A piece already prepared for mailing can arrive after your request. Wait through the company's stated two-to-four-week window before treating the request as unresolved.
Email and postal preferences are different
The company gives separate instructions for promotional email. An email unsubscribe does not remove a postal address from the catalog list. Be explicit that your request concerns printed catalogs and postal mail.
