How to Stop RH and Restoration Hardware Catalogs
RH calls its large catalogs Sourcebooks. Its official cancellation form covers future Sourcebook deliveries from all RH brands, including mail people may still recognize as Restoration Hardware.
Cancel RH Sourcebook delivery
- Keep the mailing label. Do not recycle the Sourcebook until you have copied the recipient and address exactly.
- Open RH's official Cancel Sourcebook Delivery form.
- Enter the label as printed. Include the first name, last name, street address, apartment or suite, city, state, and postal code shown on the piece.
- Submit the request. Save the date and a screenshot or confirmation if the form provides one.
RH states that the form stops Sourcebooks from all RH brands. Its privacy notice says scheduled mailings already in process may still arrive.
Use the mailing label, not a newer profile address
The form asks for contact information exactly as it appears on the label. If the Sourcebook uses an old name, a shortened business name, or a former apartment format, submit that printed version. The mailing record may not match the address stored in an RH account.
If another Sourcebook arrives
First check whether the piece was already scheduled before the cancellation. Then compare the new label with the original one. A second recipient name, suite, address format, or business record may need its own cancellation request.
Do not confuse email and catalog preferences: an email unsubscribe changes promotional email. Use the Sourcebook form for printed catalogs.
What the RH form does not stop
The form applies to RH brands. It does not stop catalogs from Pottery Barn, L.L.Bean, Lands' End, Uline, or another retailer. Use our catalog opt-out guide to handle each sender separately.
Where Junk Mail Magic fits
Use RH's dedicated form when the Sourcebook and label are clear. For a catalog without an obvious cancellation page, photograph one piece so Junk Mail Magic can identify the sender and prepare the request.
Have the mailer in front of you?
Photograph one piece of unwanted mail. We identify the sender and prepare the removal request. Your first request is free.
