Reduce mailed beauty offers after a subscription ends
A cancellation confirmation shows that the subscription ended, but it may say nothing about mailed advertising. If beauty offers keep arriving, send the company a separate request. Name the ended service and ask the company to stop postal marketing to your address.
Build a request around the ended service
- Find your cancellation confirmation. Note the exact service name and the end date, and keep the confirmation as your record that the plan ended.
- Look at the unwanted piece. Write down the sender, the offer, and the name and address printed on it, and note whether it mentions your old plan.
- Check the company's official site for a preferences page that covers mail. If email and postal choices are listed separately, change only the postal one.
- If no postal setting exists, send a short written request through the company's contact form or customer service address.
- Ask which mail will still come, such as a refund or return notice, so you know what to expect.
What the confirmation does and does not tell you
Read what the cancellation confirmation actually says about the end date and any remaining shipments or charges. It may say nothing about postal marketing. Ask about that preference separately, naming the service and the mailing you received.
If you are waiting on a refund, a final charge or a return, keep those questions in the order or account channel. Ask that the corresponding notices continue while promotions stop.

Check the next piece against your notes
When the next offer arrives, compare its sender and address block with the first one. If the same company sent it, reply to your earlier message and quote the date you sent it. If a different company sent it, that company needs its own request.
