Reduce season-ticket sales mail after attending one game
Contact the team's ticket office and ask it to stop season-ticket sales mail to the customer record from your single purchase. Say that you are not a season-ticket holder and that your tickets and account access should stay as they are.
Point the team to the right record
- Find the order confirmation for the game. Note the name and address on the brochure, because the team may file the record under that version.
- Check the team's official ticketing page for a contact or preferences option, and see whether it mentions postal mail. An email unsubscribe may not cover paper.
- Send a request that names the game and date, states that you are not a season-ticket holder and asks for printed season-ticket and renewal sales mail to stop.
- If someone else bought the tickets, ask that person to send the request, or get their permission before you write for them.
Protect the order you already have
Ask the ticket office whether a mail preference affects your order, account or entry, and do not assume the answer. If you plan to attend again, keep the confirmation email or ticket app access you need. That record stays separate from the promotions request.
If you later buy a season package, renewal notices may be mail you want, and you can narrow the request then.

Compare the next mailing's sender name and any printed customer number with your request. If the team sent it, reply to the ticket office with that number. If a different company sent it, write to that company directly.
