Stop meal-kit postcards after trying a service

To stop meal-kit postcards, ask the company named on the card to stop mailing promotions to your address. Check your plan in the account itself. A request about mailed promotions does not pause, skip or cancel deliveries.

Handle the postcard and the plan separately

  1. Read the card. Write down the company name, the offer, and the name and address exactly as printed. If the address panel shows a code or reference number, copy that too.
  2. Go to the company's website or app on your own rather than through a link or QR code on the card. Note your plan status, such as active, paused or cancelled, and any upcoming box.
  3. Read the communication settings. If email and mail are listed separately, change the mail choice. If only email appears, do not assume an email unsubscribe also covers postcards.
  4. If you find no postal setting, use the company's support channel to send a short written request about mailed promotions. Ask whether a postal preference exists.
  5. Save the card and note the date of your request. If another card arrives, compare its name and address with your notes before you reply.

Promotion or plan message?

A card offering a discount to come back is advertising. A card about a delivery date, a skipped week or a charge concerns your service. Read each card before you treat it as junk. If your plan is still active, ask support to confirm that stopping the cards will not change it.

If the name or address on the card is spelled differently from your account, give both versions in your request. That helps support find the right record.

Sample postal promotions request

Example for your own use. Replace the bracketed details and review what you share.

Please stop mailed promotional postcards and offers addressed to [name as printed] at [mailing address]. I received a card from [company name] dated [date, if shown], reference [code, if shown]. This request concerns postal marketing only. Please do not change my plan, orders or account notices. Can you tell me whether a separate postal preference exists?

Keep separate confirmations

Save the reply about postcards separately from any plan confirmation. If you also want to pause or end the service, use its verified account or support process and check the stated result. A reply about advertising does not confirm a change to an upcoming delivery.
