Read the result of a processed mail request
When a request has been processed, the result arrives in your service email. It describes what was prepared for that sender. It does not show that your address has been removed.
How to read and use your result
- Look for the result in the email address on your account, and check spam or promotions folders if it is missing.
- Read it to see which sender was identified and what removal request was prepared.
- Keep in mind that a prepared request is not a confirmed removal. The sender decides what happens next.
- If anything in the result is unclear, contact Junk Mail Magic support with the sender name and the date you submitted.
What the sender controls
Whether and when a sender updates its mailing list is up to the sender. Mail already printed or in the postal system may still arrive for a while. If mail from the same sender keeps coming after a reasonable wait, write to the return address on the piece or ask support what you can do.
Keep the email
Save the result email as a record of what was submitted. It gives you the details to quote if you contact the sender or support.
