Identify a flyer delivered to every apartment

When the same flyer lands in every unit, it probably came from a local advertiser delivering to the whole building. You can still identify the sender and ask whether they offer a way to stop it.

How to identify the sender and request removal

  1. Photograph only your own copy of the flyer, with the sender's name, address, and any mailing label visible.
  2. Upload the photo to Junk Mail Magic, sign in, and review the sender details it identifies.
  3. Submit the removal request once the details look right, then watch your service email for the result.
  4. If the result shows no removal route, contact the sender and ask whether your building is covered by a separate program.

Why one request may not stop a building-wide flyer

Some advertisers send to every address in an area instead of to named people. A removal request tied to a person or a mailing list may not change that. Ask the sender how your building received the flyer and whether individual addresses can be excluded. Do not assume a standard opt-out will cover it.

What to ask when you contact the sender

Ask whether your building was part of an area-wide delivery, and if so, what step takes your address off future drops. For help with a submission, see Junk Mail Magic support. Terms are at the pricing page.
