How to Stop Viking Cruise Mail

Viking publishes a print-mail opt-out in its privacy policy. It sends you to the Privacy Department contact, not just the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email.

Use the contact named for print mail

In Viking's privacy policy, section 6, How to Opt-Out of Print Mailings, points to section 15. That section publishes privacy.request@viking.com and 844-916-1333.

You can also write to: Attention: Privacy Department, Viking Cruises, 5700 Canoga Avenue, Suite 200, Woodland Hills, CA 91367. Specify promotional paper mail and identify the Viking name on the piece.

The notice covers Viking's river, ocean and expedition services and states a U.S. and Canada scope. If your brochure belongs to a different regional office, use that office's official notice instead of assuming the U.S. contact controls its list.

Give the team a mailing record to find

Use the recipient spelling, street address, unit and postal code from the brochure. Add any customer or mailing code that is actually printed. Do not send a passport, payment card or password for this marketing request.

Please stop Viking promotional paper mail for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The brochure is labeled [Viking brand or brochure title], with mailing code [code, if present].

Please confirm that the postal marketing preference has been recorded for this recipient. I am not requesting cancellation of a cruise or removal of necessary booking communications.

Delete the code phrase if no code appears. Send the request through the published contact; the copy button does not send an email or update a preference.

The email deadline is not a paper deadline

Viking gives an up-to-ten-day estimate for promotional email unsubscribe. That is not a published cutoff for printed brochures. The print-mail paragraph does not provide a final-delivery date.

Keep a dated copy and any reply. If a later brochure arrives, compare its label with the one in your request. A different recipient or code is useful evidence for the team; the same cover image alone does not identify the record.

Keep cruise administration separate

Ask for advertising removal rather than cancelling travel or deleting all personal data. Itinerary changes, booking confirmations and other service communications are not the paper marketing you are trying to stop.

Cookie controls, advertising-pixel settings and email image blocking concern digital tracking. None supplies the printed recipient address. If the envelope came from a travel agency instead of Viking, contact the agency named on that piece about its own mailing.

Another cruise brochure in the pile?
