How to Stop Tauck Brochures

For unwanted Tauck brochures, make a paper-mail request to the contact in its privacy policy. An email unsubscribe identifies an email address, not necessarily the recipient printed on your brochure.

Contact Tauck about marketing materials

In Tauck's privacy policy, Opting-Out of Certain Communications provides info@tauck.com for stopping future marketing messages and materials.

This is a published general contact, not a dedicated catalog-only inbox. Make the subject and first sentence specific: stop printed Tauck brochures at the address on this label. Do not use a promotional email unsubscribe as your only paper request.

Keep the brochure long enough to copy its recipient name, full address and any reference printed near the label. A destination or tour name helps describe the piece, but it cannot replace the delivery address.

Ask for paper removal without changing a tour

Please stop Tauck printed brochures and promotional postal mail for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The brochure title is [title], and its mailing reference is [code, if present].

I am requesting a paper marketing preference only, not cancellation of a tour or deletion of my account. Please confirm the recipient record covered by this change.

Remove the reference phrase if the label has no code. Copying this wording does not send it. Deliver the request privately to the published contact and keep the response with the original label.

If you have an upcoming trip, say that necessary booking communications should remain. Do not include a passport, a card number or a password to explain which brochure you want stopped.

Check who actually mailed the brochure

A Tauck trip can be advertised by an independent travel agency. Look at the sender and return address before making the request. If the agency created the mailing, ask that agency to stop its promotional post as well.

A second household member or old surname may have a separate label. List the records you are authorized to manage rather than impersonating another person. If the mail is for someone who moved, explain the outdated delivery record without signing into their account.

Judge the result by the next mailing label

The policy warns that email unsubscribe can take time while systems update. It does not provide a final paper-brochure cutoff. An immediate reply is evidence of contact, not proof that the last printed piece has arrived.

If another brochure comes, reference your earlier request and the current label. Ask whether the paper preference covered that exact recipient, rather than sending a new catalog signup or deleting a travel account to try to force a result.

A brochure from someone else?

Use Tauck's contact for its own marketing materials. Photograph another sender's piece with the label readable if you want help preparing that request. Your first request is free.
