How to Stop Collette Brochures

Collette publishes a contact for changing marketing choices in its privacy policy. Ask specifically for paper brochures and postal offers, rather than signing up for deals or requesting deletion of your travel information.

Use Controls and Choices, not the deal signup

The Controls and Choices section of Collette's privacy policy explains how to change marketing preferences. Its published email link goes to privacyinquiries@GoCollette.com. The privacy contact number is 855-821-8147.

The same notice displays a collette.com spelling alongside the GoCollette.com contact. The link above follows the actual published email destination. This is a general privacy and marketing-choice route, not a separately named brochure-removal form.

The page also contains promotional signup content. Do not enter your details into Get the Hottest Deals First to request fewer brochures. Use the contact in the policy body and clearly name postal marketing.

Put the brochure address in the request

Copy the label's recipient, full street address, apartment or unit, and postal code. If a customer or source reference is printed, include it. Avoid sending payment details or a passport for a promotional-mail question.

Please stop Collette printed brochures and promotional postal mail for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The mailing reference is [code, if present].

Please record a postal marketing opt-out and confirm the address covered. I am not requesting cancellation of a tour, deletion of my account or changes to necessary travel communications.

Omit the mailing-reference sentence if there is no code. Copying the template does not send a request. Keep the message and response privately rather than posting your label in a tour review.

A written contact is also published

The notice lists: Marketing Department, Privacy Inquiries, Collette, 180 Middle Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860. Use the same narrow paper-mail wording if you choose a written request.

Personal-data deletion and limits on information sharing are broader choices. They are not required wording for asking to stop advertising brochures. If you still have a trip booked, keep that distinction clear so your marketing request is not mistaken for travel administration.

Follow up on the actual sender and record

The cited marketing-choice instructions do not specify a final paper-delivery date. If a new brochure arrives after your request, compare the label and reference the earlier reply. Ask which mailing record was changed.

Check whether an independent agent or group organizer sent the piece. Collette cannot be assumed to control that sender's list. A separate label with another name or old unit number also needs a clear explanation, not another email-offer signup.

More than one travel company sends mail?

Use Collette's own contact for its brochures. For a different sender, photograph the piece and full label so we can prepare a specific request. Your first request is free.
