How to Stop Title Nine Catalogs

Title Nine's Catalog Preferences page contains both a removal link and customer-detail fields. For a catalog you want to stop, follow the clearly labeled removal request rather than signing up for another mailing.

Follow the catalog-removal link

Open Title Nine's Catalog Preferences page and choose CATALOG REMOVAL REQUEST FORM. It links to a separate OneTrust page titled Catalog Removal Request.

The removal form asks for your name, email and postal address. Use the address from the catalog, not a newer shipping address that has never received this mailing. Complete any security verification yourself on the provider's site.

The parent page also has customer-number fields and an email-signup checkbox. Do not assume those controls are the dedicated removal form. The separate removal link is the clearer route when your goal is no catalogs.

If the form is unavailable

The privacy notice also permits a written catalog request to: Email and Catalog Preferences, Title Nine, 6201 Doyle St., Emeryville, CA 94608.

Please stop Title Nine paper catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The customer number printed on the label is [number, if present].

Please confirm that this postal preference has been recorded. I am requesting catalog removal, not deletion of my shopping account.

Omit the customer-number sentence if the label has none. Copying this wording does not send a request; use the official form or address to deliver it.

Keep email and account choices separate

Title Nine's notice distinguishes catalog preferences from email unsubscribe. If you still want emailed offers, ask only for paper removal. An email-footer unsubscribe alone does not identify which physical address should stop receiving catalogs.

The notice warns that broad personal-data deletion can affect purchase records used for returns. Catalog removal is the narrower request when you want less mail but still shop there.

Check the next label, not just the cover

These instructions do not give a final-delivery deadline. Save your submitted request or reply, then compare later catalogs with the name, address and customer number you supplied.

If the new label uses a different name or apartment number, explain that mismatch in a follow-up. Do not publish the label in a review or forum; send only the necessary details through the official route.

Another catalog you do not want?

Use Title Nine's own removal form for its catalogs. For a different sender, a clear photo helps us identify the company and prepare a request. Your first request is free.
