How to Stop Stio Catalogs

Stio's FAQ routes catalog preferences through its Request A Catalog page. That page includes a separate Unsubscribe Here link, so you do not need to request another catalog to stop the current one.

Choose Unsubscribe Here, not catalog signup

The official unsubscribe FAQ links Catalog Opt-In/Out. On that page, look for Unsubscribe Here under Prefer Pixels to Paper.

That link leads to Stio's catalog-unsubscribe page, which uses an embedded form. Enter the mailing details there yourself. If the form asks for information you cannot read, keep the catalog long enough to check the label rather than guessing.

The page and form may load separately. If you can see the heading but not the form, that is not confirmation of removal. Use the published support contact below instead of repeatedly completing a catalog request.

If the embedded form will not load

Stio's Customer Experience page lists customerexperience@stio.com and 800-265-7846. Ask that team for help recording a paper-catalog preference.

Please stop Stio paper catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The catalog-unsubscribe form did not load for me. The mailing reference is [reference, if present].

Please confirm when this postal preference is recorded. I am not requesting account deletion or cancellation of an order.

Remove the form-loading sentence if you did not encounter that problem, and omit the reference if none appears on the label. Customer Experience is a general support route, not a separate inbox dedicated only to catalog removal.

Keep email if you still want it

The FAQ gives an email-footer unsubscribe instruction separately from its catalog route. Decide which channel you want to stop. A paper request should include the physical address even if your support email comes from the account used to shop.

You can use the online catalog for browsing without assuming that doing so changes a saved mailing preference. Ask explicitly for no printed catalogs if that is your goal.

Follow up with the matching label

The cited catalog instructions do not promise a final-delivery date. Save the form receipt or support reply. If more mail arrives, compare the printed name and address, including any unit number, with your original request.

Use the same conversation for a matching record. If the reply only mentions promotional email, ask whether the paper-catalog address was also removed.

Other catalogs piling up?

Use Stio's direct removal page for its mail. A photo of a different sender's label helps us prepare the right request for that piece. Your first request is free.
