How to Stop Carve Designs Catalogs
Carve Designs has a dedicated paper-catalog unsubscribe page. It asks for the address being mailed, not an order number or the email address used to shop.
Use Catalog Unsubscribe
Open the official Catalog Unsubscribe page. Its linked form is titled Catalog Unsubscribe and asks for first name, last name, Address 1, optional Address 2, city, state and ZIP.
Copy those details from the piece you received. Address 2 is useful for an apartment, suite or building identifier. Leaving it out can make the request refer to a different address from the one on the mailing label.

Allow for the published processing window
Carve asks readers to allow eight to ten weeks for the request to be processed. That wording is a processing estimate, not a guarantee that every delivery will end on a particular day.
Save any submission confirmation with the date and the address you entered. A saved copy helps if you later need to distinguish a pending request from an address that was entered incorrectly.
Catalogs, website marketing and texts are different
Carve's privacy statement explains that website identifiers can be connected with information used for direct-mail marketing. It points to the catalog form and a separate third-party opt-out for that activity.
Start with the paper form for an existing catalog. Replying STOP to a text or using an email unsubscribe is not the same address-based instruction. If a catalog continues after the stated window, compare its label with your saved request before following up.
