How to Stop Tecovas Catalogs

Tecovas' privacy policy explicitly includes postal mail in its marketing choices. You can request less paper advertising without asking to erase your customer account or change an order.

Request a postal marketing preference

Under Marketing Communications, the current privacy policy permits requests not to be contacted by postal mail about products, promotions and events. It publishes privacy@tecovas.com as its policy contact.

For help with a catalog request, the Customer Experience help page lists howdy@tecovas.com and 833-832-6827. Those are published contacts, not guessed privacy or support addresses.

Older data-request links currently lead to the Help Center. Use the visible contact route; do not treat arriving at the help page as a submitted request. Ask specifically about the postal record on your catalog.

Give the paper address, not just your account email

Please stop Tecovas paper catalogs and promotional postal mail for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The printed mailing reference is [reference, if present].

Please confirm that the postal marketing preference is recorded. This is not an instruction to delete my account, cancel an order or remove access to purchase information.

Omit the reference if the catalog does not show one. If the printed name is misspelled, include that version so support can locate the record actually being mailed.

If you also want promotional email stopped, say so separately or use the email-footer unsubscribe. Sending the request from your shopping email does not by itself explain which postal address should be removed.

Cookie choices do not identify a catalog label

The policy describes Your Privacy Choices for certain data-sharing and targeted-advertising preferences. Some choices apply separately by browser or device. That is a different task from identifying the name and street address receiving a catalog.

Use the postal marketing instruction for the paper problem. Broad account-data deletion is unnecessary if you still want to shop, view previous purchases or handle a return. The policy also distinguishes operational communications from promotional email.

Keep the request and check the reply

The cited postal instruction gives no final-delivery deadline. Save the conversation and ask for confirmation that paper marketing, not only email, was changed.

If another catalog arrives, compare the label with the address you supplied. Reply with that mismatch or the matching reference instead of opening multiple unrelated support threads. Do not send payment details or a full order receipt for a paper-mail preference.

A different catalog to stop?

Tecovas publishes direct marketing-preference contacts. For another company's piece, a photo helps us identify the sender and prepare its request. Your first request is free.
