How to Stop Soft Surroundings Catalogs

The Your Choices section of the Soft Surroundings privacy policy gives customerservice@softsurroundings.com and 800-240-7076 for its own catalog and communication requests. The FAQ also publishes that support number.
If the footer's Do Not Mail link does not expose an address form, use the contact above. Do not substitute a newsletter unsubscribe or cookie choice for the paper-mail request.
Include the printed name and address
A subject such as “Stop Soft Surroundings paper catalogs” makes the channel clear. Keep the label and adapt this message:
Please remove [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code] from Soft Surroundings paper catalog mailings. The label reference is [reference, if present].
Please also stop using this mailing record for outside-company marketing mailings. Please confirm the choices updated. I am not requesting account deletion or order cancellation.
Delete the outside-company sentence if you only want to stop this retailer's catalogs. Omit a missing label reference rather than guessing it. Share only the label details needed for the request, not payment documents.
Outside-company mail has its own instruction
The policy separately covers mailings from other companies. It gives the same customer-service email but lists a different phone, 800-540-7076, for that choice.
Name both preferences if you want both changed. A request to this retailer is not a universal block on catalogs from companies that already have their own records of you.
Follow up with the label, not your password
The policy says mailings are prepared ahead; it gives no fixed paper-delivery cutoff. Save your request and the response, then compare any later catalog's label before following up.
Email and text opt-outs are separate. You do not need to delete a shopping account to ask for less paper. The policy names Coldwater Creek's operator as an affiliate; request confirmation for each brand you receive rather than assuming a Coldwater Creek catalog is covered too.
