How to Stop Coldwater Creek Catalogs

Coldwater Creek asks you to contact customer service to stop catalogs. Use the exact name and address on the paper label, even if your shopping account now has different details.

Use the published catalog contact

Under Your Choices, Coldwater Creek's privacy policy lists customerservice@coldwatercreek.com and 888-678-5576 for stopping catalogs or other communications. Its Contact Us page provides customer-service help.

If a Do Not Mail footer link does not open a usable postal form, use this published contact. Opening a link or adjusting cookies alone does not tell the sender which printed mailing record to remove.

Write a paper-specific request

Keep the catalog label and use a subject such as “Stop Coldwater Creek paper catalogs.” You can adapt this message:

Please stop Coldwater Creek paper catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The printed customer or mailing reference is [reference, if present].

Please confirm the postal record changed. This request is for paper marketing, not account deletion, a delivery-address change or order cancellation.

Omit the reference sentence if none is printed. If you attach the label, crop out unrelated mail. There is no reason to include payment details or account passwords in a catalog request.

Email unsubscribe is a separate choice

The policy gives a marketing-email footer link for email removal. Do not treat that as confirmation that paper catalogs have stopped.

Be precise about the outcome you want. You can ask to stop catalogs while keeping email offers, or request both. Updating your shopping address is also different from suppressing the old mailing record.

Check any catalogs that arrive later

Coldwater Creek says mailings are planned ahead and requests may take time to become effective. It does not give a fixed postal cutoff in this instruction.

Save the reply and compare any later label with the one you supplied. If it has another recipient or reference, explain the mismatch. The policy names Soft Surroundings as an affiliate, but do not assume one request changed both brands: handle any Soft Surroundings catalog by its own published route.

More paper mail to clear?
