Stop SmartPak Catalogs

SmartPak's Help Center sends catalog-removal requests to a dedicated address form. The form says to use the recipient's exact name and address from the back of the catalog. It does not require cancelling an order, supplement delivery or shopping account.

Open the Catalog Opt-out form

The Manage Catalog Mailings section of the SmartPak Help Center links to the Catalog Mailing Opt-out form. The browser title may say SmartEquine while the form still names SmartPak's print catalog. Check the address and the removal heading rather than relying on the title alone.

The form has first-name and last-name fields, street address, apartment or suite, city, state and ZIP. It marks street address, city, state and ZIP as required. Company, Ref Code and Email are explicitly optional. If a reference code is printed on the back cover, copy it accurately rather than inventing one.

Use the spelling and unit shown on the catalog. A barn or company name may be useful in the optional company field if it is part of the label. Do not replace the recipient with your email address or copy an order number into Ref Code just because it is another number you have available.

The email signup below it is not removal

The page also contains Sign Up for Email Updates. That is a separate signup area below the postal form, not the action for stopping catalog delivery. Keep the removal task focused on the address fields and review the form before submitting on SmartPak's site.

Save any confirmation that appears after your own submission. A screenshot of empty fields, or merely reaching the page, does not show that a request was accepted. If you receive multiple catalogs with different names or reference codes, keep the labels so customer care can check whether they refer to separate records.

Ask customer care about a label that does not fit

The Help Center publishes 800-461-8898 for customer care. If a company label, unit or duplicate record makes the form unclear, ask how to identify that mailing record. This draft is for that conversation, not an automatic support request.

Please stop SmartPak print catalogs addressed to [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The back cover shows [company or barn name, if present] and [Ref Code, if present]. I [used the Catalog Mailing Opt-out form on date / need help matching this label]. Please check for duplicate catalog records and tell me what postal preference you recorded. I am not cancelling an order, recurring delivery or account. Thank you.

Catalogs and recurring deliveries are different

Stopping a paper catalog does not cancel merchandise you ordered or a recurring product delivery. Use order support for those tasks. Keep packing slips, payment records and other personal documents out of a photo meant to identify ordinary promotional mail.

The catalog form does not provide a last-delivery deadline. Compare any later catalog with the saved back cover and actual request receipt before following up. For Dover Saddlery mail, use its separate policy contact; a SmartPak form submission is not evidence that another equestrian retailer changed its mailing list.

Keep the SmartPak catalog label intact

Complete the published address form yourself for a print preference. A photo of an ordinary catalog can preserve the recipient and reference code. Keep order receipts and payment information out of it.
