How to Stop Orvis Catalogs

Orvis says you can stop catalogs or ask to receive them less often. Contact its published U.S. customer-service team and specify the paper-mail preference you want.

Ask customer service for the catalog change

Orvis's privacy policy describes both catalog cancellation and lower mailing frequency. It publishes customerservice@orvis.com and 1-888-235-9763 for assistance.

Say whether you want no paper catalogs or fewer catalogs. Provide the printed recipient and complete delivery address privately. If a customer number appears beside the label, keep it available so support can identify the right record. You do not need to explain a product return to request a catalog preference.

Do not use email signup as a catalog opt-out

The policy's linked catalog change/cancellation route opened an Email Subscribe page when checked. That page invites email signup; it is not a visible paper-catalog removal form. Use the published support contact if you see the same page.

Do not enter your details into a signup form hoping that it will remove your postal address. Ask support to confirm the catalog preference directly. This avoids treating a confusing link as a successful opt-out or accidentally adding another marketing channel.

A short request with a clear boundary

For full removal, send this through Orvis's official contact route, replacing the bracketed details. If you prefer occasional catalogs, ask which lower-frequency option is available instead.

Please stop Orvis paper catalogs sent to [recipient and full mailing address as printed]. The customer number is [number, if shown].

Please confirm this postal marketing preference. I am not asking to cancel an order, close my shopping account or change a repair request.

Leave out the number if none is printed. A close picture of the label can clarify an unusual spelling, but crop out unrelated household mail and do not send payment or login information.

Keep email and regional preferences separate

Orvis lists newsletter unsubscribe separately from catalogs. Use an email's unsubscribe link if you also want that channel stopped; a newsletter confirmation is not proof that the postal record changed.

This guide uses the U.S. policy and contacts. The same policy points UK readers to a separate data-protection notice. For a catalog from another regional business, start with the website printed on that piece rather than assuming the U.S. team controls its list.

Follow up on the same mailing record

Save the reply and ask support when to check for the change. The cited catalog-preference clause does not provide a delivery deadline. If another copy arrives, compare both labels before deciding whether it is the same record or another household member's mailing.

For a former resident, report the outdated address association using the previous-resident process. Do not access their Orvis account. An Orvis request also does not remove you from unrelated outdoor retailers' lists.

Keep the sender and label in view

Orvis provides direct contacts above. For an unwanted mailer you need help identifying, photograph the sender and mailing label. We prepare the removal request; your first request is free.
