How to Stop Duluth Trading Catalogs

Duluth Trading directs people who do not want future mailings to customer service. Ask for paper-catalog removal using the name and address printed on the catalog.

Use the contact for future mailings

The Contact Us section of Duluth Trading's current privacy policy covers people who do not want future mailings or other communications. It lists customerservice@duluthtrading.com, 1-866-300-9719, and Duluth Trading Co., 201 East Front Street, Mount Horeb, WI 53572.

Specify paper catalogs and postal advertising rather than simply asking to “unsubscribe.” Give the recipient, full address and any customer code from the catalog privately. Explain whether you want all paper marketing stopped or are correcting duplicate copies.

Write a postal request, not a deletion request

Use the published email or contact service for this message. Keep the label for reference, and leave out the optional customer-code sentence if there is no code.

Please stop Duluth Trading paper catalogs and postal advertising for [recipient and full mailing address as printed]. The catalog customer code is [code, if shown].

Please confirm the mailing preference you changed. This is not a request to delete my shopping account, cancel an order or alter a return.

There is no need to include a bank balance, card number or password in this explanation. If support needs more information, ask which label detail will identify the mailing record. Use authenticated account support for a genuine purchase or payment problem.

Changing an address book does not confirm removal

Duluth Trading's FAQ explains shopping-account address-book controls and email preferences. Those are useful for their stated purposes, but a deleted shipping address is not confirmation that a catalog list was updated.

Do not change a billing or delivery address just to try to stop advertising. Make the postal request explicit and save the reply identifying the record changed. Keep order receipts and return correspondence available while handling the separate marketing preference.

The catalog signup page is also not a removal request. A notice that new catalog signups are unavailable does not prove an existing mailing record has been suppressed.

Email and text opt-outs have their own routes

The FAQ describes an email footer unsubscribe and Email Preferences in My Account. Use those for promotional email if you want it stopped as well. Do not confuse an email confirmation or a text STOP response with paper-catalog removal.

A separate privacy-rights form may address data sale, sharing or deletion. Choose it for the right request, not because its title contains “privacy.” If the only problem is unwanted catalogs, ask customer service to record that narrow preference first.

Make a follow-up easy to resolve

The future-mailings contact clause does not set a postal-delivery deadline. Ask for the applicable window and save the answer. Compare a later catalog's name, address and code with the original before following up.

For a label naming an old resident, report an outdated delivery record instead of impersonating that person. The previous-resident guide gives the separate process. For other brands, send distinct requests to the senders that actually mailed those catalogs.

Identify each catalog separately

Duluth Trading has direct support contacts above. A photo of another unwanted mailer can help us identify its sender and prepare a specific request. Your first request is free.
