Stop LTD and Lakeside Catalogs

LTD Commodities and The Lakeside Collection publish similar mailing-list removal instructions, but different phone numbers. Start with the brand printed on your catalog. If both arrive, keep both labels and ask which records a representative can actually change.

Use the number for the catalog you received

The LTD Commodities customer-service FAQ directs mailing-list removal to 847-295-6058. The Lakeside customer-service FAQ gives 847-444-3150 for its mailing list.

Each FAQ phrases the question around removing a company name. If your label names a household or person instead, explain exactly what is printed and ask customer service to identify that catalog record. Do not invent a business name to make the request fit the wording of the question.

Have the full street address, apartment or suite and ZIP available. Read any customer or source code only if it appears on the catalog. A purchase order, payment reference or saved shipping address is not automatically the same identifier as the paper mailing label.

Ask for removal, not an address update

Tell the representative that you want no future printed catalogs at that label. An address-book change is a different task: it can change where an order goes without documenting a catalog preference. You can also ask whether more than one mailing record uses the same address.

Adapt this wording for the brand you are contacting. If you receive both catalogs, use the second label in a separate request unless the representative explicitly confirms they can handle both. A shared-looking website or return address is not confirmation of shared suppression.

Please stop printed [LTD Commodities / The Lakeside Collection] catalogs addressed to [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The catalog label shows [customer or source code, if present]. Please remove this mailing record rather than update the delivery address. If you can also change a second brand record, please identify the brand and label you changed. I am not cancelling an order or paid program. Thank you.

Do not use payment or email controls

The customer-service pages also cover paying invoices, order changes, returns, account addresses and text alerts. Those are not substitutes for the mailing-list instruction. A payment mailing address should not be repurposed as a catalog-removal address simply because it is published on the same page.

Email unsubscribe and Do Not Sell My Personal Information address different choices. If you want to discuss promotional sharing as well as your own catalogs, name both tasks and ask how each is recorded. Avoid assuming that a browser privacy setting or an email footer also changes a physical mailing label.

Keep a record for each brand

Note the date, the number you called, the brand and the label you supplied. Ask what preference was recorded and whether there is a reference you can save. Merely reaching customer service or leaving a message is not proof that the mailing list changed.

The cited removal answers do not provide a final-delivery deadline. If another copy arrives, keep its label and compare it with the earlier request. Follow up with the appropriate brand and the actual details of the previous conversation, rather than treating one brand's response as evidence about the other.

Keep each catalog with its own label

Call the published brand contact yourself for a mailing-list change. A photo of ordinary promotional mail can preserve the name and address. Keep payment slips and order documents out of it.
