Stop Current Catalog Mail
Current Catalog's contact form has a Catalog Mailing Changes category. Use that topic for printed catalogs, rather than the separate email-unsubscribe or third-party-sharing choices. Keep the mailing label nearby so the request identifies the paper record you want changed.
Choose Catalog Mailing Changes
Open the official Current Catalog contact page. The initial form displays first name, last name, email and a reason selector. Choose Catalog Mailing Changes for a paper catalog. Unsubscribe From Email List and Opt Out of 3rd Party Sharing are different topics.
Make the request about stopping printed catalogs at the address on the label. A request to change an address could mean forwarding future catalogs to a new home, which is not the same outcome. Say that you want removal, rather than leaving customer service to infer it from an address correction.
Use the full name, street, unit and ZIP as printed, even if the catalog uses an abbreviated version of your usual name. If the form does not give you a usable place to describe that address, use the published support contact below. Do not put a street address into the email field just to fit the available controls.
Contact customer service if the form is unclear
The same page publishes CurrentCustomerService@currentinc.com and 800-525-7170 for customer service. These are useful when a duplicate label or the form prevents a clear request. The order phone number, returns inbox and large-quantity ordering inbox have other purposes.
Use this draft in your own message or conversation. Replace the brackets with the label details, remove any line that does not apply, and check the recipient before sending. It is a request you can make, not confirmation that Current has already changed a mailing record.
Please stop Current Catalog printed catalogs addressed to [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The label also shows [customer or source code, if present]. I want this address removed from the catalog mailing list, not changed to a new delivery address. Please confirm the postal preference recorded and whether any duplicate mailing records need a separate request. Thank you.
Keep three preferences separate
The form gives catalog mail, email and third-party sharing their own topics. Decide which you actually want changed. Stopping a paper catalog is not evidence that email has stopped, or that another company has removed you from its list. If you also want a sharing change, ask about that separately and retain the reply for that choice.
The footer's Request A Catalog link signs up for a catalog. It is not the removal route. A newsletter signup and a privacy-choice link also do not establish that the printed address was suppressed. Match each control to its stated purpose before submitting on Current's site.
Save the response, not just the opened page
Record when you made the request and save any actual acknowledgment. The contact page's estimated support-response time is not a last-catalog delivery deadline. It does not promise that a paper mailing already prepared will disappear when a representative replies.
If another catalog arrives, compare its recipient and any printed code with your saved label before following up. An old spelling, missing apartment or second code is useful context for the same support conversation. Do not include checks, bank details or payment records to prove an ordinary catalog preference.
Keep the Current catalog label readable
Use Current's catalog-mailing topic yourself. A photo can preserve an ordinary promotional label if you need help identifying it. Do not photograph personal checks, payment details or order paperwork.
