Stop Grand Circle and OAT Paper Mail
Grand Circle Travel and Overseas Adventure Travel publish the same Grand Circle LLC privacy statement. Its postal opt-out asks for your name, customer number and address through a shared contact.
Use the shared postal opt-out contact
Both Grand Circle's policy and OAT's policy contain Your Choices and Opting Out. That section directs postal-mail requests to privacy@oattravel.com or 800-321-2835.
The email belongs to the published shared statement even when Grand Circle mailed the piece. State the actual brand and publication rather than assuming the inbox name limits it to OAT.
Prepare your name, customer number and address as the policy asks. Copy the printed number if present. If you cannot find one, say so and ask the team to locate the mailing record; do not invent a number or use someone else's login.
Name both brands if both send brochures
A common contact is not proof that one request updates every record. When you have mail from both brands, identify each piece and each printed customer number. Mention different recipient spellings or addresses explicitly.
Please stop promotional postal mail from [Grand Circle Travel, Overseas Adventure Travel, or both] for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The customer number is [number, if present].
Please confirm which brand and mailing records were updated. I want to stop brochures and paper offers, not delete my account or cancel existing travel.
Replace the brand choice with the sender on your piece. Copying this template does not send a request. Save the delivered message and any reply privately.
Do not delete an account just to stop brochures
The shared statement separates communication choices from personal-data deletion and says deleting personal information also requires deleting the user account. A postal preference is the narrower request when your concern is advertising.
It also reserves service and account communications after marketing opt-out. Keep necessary trip messages separate. A STOP reply to a text or an email-footer unsubscribe is a different channel choice, not a clear request tied to a physical mailing address.
If paper mail continues
The postal instruction does not give a last-delivery deadline. Reference the earlier request and attach or describe the later label through the official contact. Ask whether a second customer record remains.
If you also want to limit sharing for other companies' promotions, make that a separate, explicit question. Do not treat a browser tracking preference or broad sharing request as confirmation that these two brands stopped their own brochures.
Mail from another travel company?
Use the shared official route for Grand Circle and OAT. For a different company, a clear photo helps us identify the sender and prepare a request. Your first request is free.
