How to Stop Crate & Barrel Catalogs

Crate & Barrel has a dedicated form for removing an address from its catalog list. Use that form for paper catalogs, not the separate email and text preference page.

Use the Catalog Preferences form

Open the official Catalog Preferences page. Its removal form is headed “Remove me from your catalog list.” It asks for first name, last name, street address, city, state and ZIP code. The second address line is optional.

Copy the recipient and address from the catalog label. Include an apartment or suite where one is printed, rather than leaving it out because the field is optional. Check the completed address before submitting. The displayed form does not ask for a payment card or shopping-account password.

Confirm that the request was accepted

Keep whatever confirmation the form provides and note when you submitted it. A loaded page or a click on Submit alone does not tell you that the address was changed. If an error appears, save its wording and use the official support route.

The site publishes 1-800-967-6696 for assistance. Explain that you need help with the paper-catalog removal form. Crate & Barrel credit-card account support is a different service; a catalog preference is not a billing dispute.

Paper, email and privacy settings are different

The privacy policy links to catalog preferences separately from email/text settings and selling/sharing preferences. Use the control for the channel you actually want changed.

If you also want promotional emails stopped, visit Email and Text Preferences. That is not a replacement for the catalog form. Likewise, do not assume a cookie or advertising-sharing choice changes the address printed on a booklet.

For a CB2 or other affiliated-brand catalog, tell support exactly which brand appears on the cover and label. Do not infer that one Crate & Barrel form confirmation automatically suppresses every affiliated mailing list.

Check a second copy before starting over

Keep the original label until you can compare it with any later catalog. Two copies may have different names, a missing unit, or a former delivery address. Those details make a follow-up more useful than repeating the same request with a different spelling.

The removal page does not give a postal-delivery deadline. Ask support what window applies to your request, then follow up with the saved confirmation and new label if the same record continues. Do not mistake an existing furniture delivery, order receipt or package insert for a fresh catalog-list mailing.

If the printed recipient moved away, use the previous-resident guide. Report the outdated mailing record without signing in as that person or changing their orders.

Another catalog in the pile?

Use Crate & Barrel's direct form above for its catalogs. For another unwanted mailer, a clear photo can help us identify the sender and prepare the request. Your first request is free.
