Check recipient details against the physical label

The recipient details read from your photo are used to match your name and address to the sender's mailing record. An error there affects that match, not which organization the request goes to.

How to compare label details before confirming

  1. Read the recipient name letter by letter against the label, looking for dropped or swapped letters and for a middle initial that was added or left out.
  2. Check the street line for an apartment or unit number, which is easy to crop out of a photo.
  3. Check the ZIP code digit by digit.
  4. If something is wrong, retake the photo using the photo guide, or ask Junk Mail Magic support what to do.

Why small differences matter here

Senders often file addresses under one spelling of a name or one address format, so a request that differs from the label may be harder to match to your record. A minor formatting difference may be harmless, but a wrong ZIP code or a missing unit number is worth fixing first. Ask support if you cannot tell whether a difference matters.

Submit once the details match

When the name and address match the label, submit and watch your service email for the result. For questions about a specific mismatch, write to Junk Mail Magic support.
