How to Stop The Company Store Catalogs

To stop The Company Store catalogs, email or call customer service with your mailing label. Include the customer number in the pink box above your name so the team can find the right record.

Contact customer service, not email preferences

The Company Store FAQ directs catalog-removal requests to custserv@thecompanystore.com or 800-323-8000. Supply your complete name, mailing address and customer number.

The email-preferences link is a different choice. If you want fewer paper deliveries but still want sale emails, say that explicitly instead of unsubscribing the wrong channel.

Use the pink-box customer number

Keep the address panel before recycling the catalog. The FAQ identifies the customer number in a pink box above the printed name. Copy it with the apartment or unit number and ZIP code:

Please stop The Company Store paper catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The customer number in the pink box is [number].

Please confirm that this catalog mailing record has been updated. I am requesting a paper-mail preference change, not account deletion or order cancellation.

If the number is unreadable, explain that rather than inventing one. A cropped label photo can make an unusual spelling or address format easier to check. Do not include invoices, card details or unrelated household mail.

Two copies can mean two records

For duplicate catalogs, the FAQ asks for the name and address as printed on each copy. Send both label versions, including different customer numbers if present.

Ask which records were changed. Do not silently replace a former name or old address with your current account details: support needs to match the unwanted delivery. For someone who moved out, use the previous-resident instructions.

Allow for catalogs already prepared

The company says it prepares mailings months ahead, so another catalog or two may arrive. Its ten-to-fourteen-day catalog signup estimate is not a removal deadline.

Save the request and reply. If another copy arrives, compare its customer number with the one removed before following up. You can separately ask customer service about sharing your name and address with other marketers; do not assume that stopping this catalog blocks every retailer.

Another catalog to stop?

Use The Company Store's published contact for its catalogs. For another sender, photograph the mailing label so we can identify the mailer and prepare a request. Your first request is free.
