Stop Sharper Image Catalogs

SharperImage.com links to a catalog-removal survey hosted on SurveyMonkey. The outside domain is expected when you follow Remove From Catalog on its own customer-service page. The form is different from requesting a catalog or subscribing to promotional email.

Follow Remove From Catalog, not Request Catalog

Open Sharper Image's customer-service page. Under Account Management, Remove From Catalog leads to its catalog-removal survey. Request Catalog is a separate link for receiving a copy, so check which one you choose.

The linked survey redirects to a SurveyMonkey page and displays fields for First and Last Name, Company, Address 1, Address 2, City/Town, State, ZIP and Email Address. Required marks appear beside the name, first address line, city, state and ZIP. Company, the second address line and email are not marked required.

Copy the mailing label, not just the address you usually use when shopping. Include an apartment or suite on the second line if the label has one. Review the state and ZIP carefully before you submit on the provider's form. Opening the survey is not a removal request; keep any confirmation you actually receive after submitting it.

If the survey is unavailable

The official FAQ also points catalog removal to that form. If the link fails or asks you to complete a security check, use the customer-service page for help. Do not enter your address into a replacement form found on an unrelated site.

Customer service publishes 877-202-9337 and customerservice@sharperimageonline.com. Explain that the catalog-removal survey did not work and ask how they can record the postal preference. These are support alternatives, not a claim that an email has already removed you.

A support message about the catalog form

Use this only if you need help with the official route. This page does not send the message or fill the survey for you.

I want to stop SharperImage.com catalogs addressed to [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. I followed Remove From Catalog on your customer-service page, but [describe the form problem]. Please tell me how to record the catalog preference for this printed label and provide any available confirmation. I am not asking to cancel an order or return a product. Thank you.

Keep the request tied to the actual mailing

Check that the catalog identifies SharperImage.com. A Sharper Image-branded product bought from another retailer is a different customer-service matter, and an order problem is not a catalog preference. Keep the back cover until you have finished the postal request.

The email signup in the website footer does not remove a street address. If you also want fewer emails, use the email unsubscribe separately. The catalog instructions do not publish a last-delivery date, so avoid treating a form receipt as a guarantee that no prepared copy can arrive. If another copy comes, compare names, units and mailing codes before following up.

Save the Sharper Image back cover

Use the linked removal form yourself. A clear photo can preserve the sender and printed label if you need help identifying the mailing. Do not include receipts or payment information.
