How to Stop King Arthur Baking Catalogs

King Arthur Baking offers a choice between fewer printed catalogs and stopping mailings. If you want none, make that explicit when using its published phone or request form.

Use the Catalogs and Printed Mail instruction

King Arthur Baking's privacy policy lists 800-777-4434 for changing catalog frequency or opting out of its mailings. It also links the Data Subject Access Request Form for that postal choice.

If the embedded form does not appear, use the published phone. Do not select deletion merely because the form's title mentions data access: ask for the printed-mail preference you actually want.

Say no catalogs, not fewer catalogs

Keep the catalog beside you so you can read the printed recipient and any customer reference. This wording can serve as a phone script or request message:

Please stop King Arthur Baking catalogs and promotional paper mail for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The printed mailing reference is [reference, if present].

I want no printed marketing mail, not a reduced catalog frequency. Please confirm the preference recorded. I am not asking to delete my shopping account or cancel a class or order.

Omit the reference if the label has none. Give the mailing address on the catalog even if the account's shipping address has changed.

Before ending a phone conversation, ask the representative to repeat whether the recorded choice means no printed marketing or a reduced schedule. Note the date and any reference provided. If you use the form instead, save its receipt rather than treating an open browser tab as confirmation.

Email, rewards and classes are separate

The policy treats email subscriptions separately. An email-footer unsubscribe is not proof that your postal preference changed.

Keep your request narrow if you want to preserve recipes, rewards or classes. A paper-catalog preference is not an instruction to remove those account features.

Do not borrow a privacy deadline for deliveries

The catalog paragraph gives no fixed last-delivery date. The policy's broader privacy-request response periods are not a promise about when printed catalogs stop arriving.

Save the request date and any reply. If another catalog arrives, compare its label with the one supplied before following up. Treat a different recipient or mailing reference as a possible separate record.
