How to Stop Crutchfield Catalogs

Crutchfield puts catalog signup and unsubscribe on the same page. Choose the unsubscribe control before entering the delivery details from your catalog label.

Use the unsubscribe choice, not catalog signup

Open the official Crutchfield catalog page. Although its address contains “catalogsignup,” the page includes a Catalog unsubscribe section. Choose “Unsubscribe from the catalog,” not the signup option above it.

The displayed form requests first and last name, street, city, state and ZIP code, with a company field if relevant. Match the catalog's printed recipient and delivery address. Read the selected preference again before you submit so you do not accidentally request another copy.

Keep a record of the request

Save any confirmation and the date, along with the label you used. If the page shows an error, returns to an empty form without confirmation or does not show the unsubscribe control, do not assume the mailing record changed.

Use the contact or customer-support links on Crutchfield's official site to ask for help. Describe the catalog preference you intended to submit and provide the label details privately. This is a postal marketing request, not a product return, financing question or request to delete your shopping history.

Choose digital reading without more paper

The same catalog page links to a digital library of current and past issues. If you still want to browse the catalog, follow that link to read online while making a separate request to stop the mailed copy.

Opening a digital issue is not an opt-out. Finish the mailing-preference request and retain its confirmation rather than treating a change in how you read the catalog as a change to the sender's list.

Email and text settings are separate

Crutchfield links to email and text subscription settings beside the catalog form. Use the setting for each channel you want to change. An email unsubscribe does not tell you whether the paper-catalog record was removed.

Keep necessary order or support correspondence separate from promotional preferences. If you have an active purchase, warranty question or payment issue, deal with that through authenticated customer support rather than attaching private account documents to a catalog request.

When another copy arrives

Compare the next catalog label with the original. Check the spelling, company line and unit information before deciding that the same record was mailed again. A catalog for a former resident needs a different explanation from one addressed to you.

Reference the saved request when following up, and ask support to identify the record it changed. For other senders in the pile, use the catalog-removal template rather than assuming a Crutchfield preference will stop unrelated mail.

Need to identify a different catalog?

Crutchfield has a direct unsubscribe route above. For other unwanted paper mail, a clear photo helps us identify the sender and prepare your request. Your first request is free.
