How to Stop Brooks Brothers Catalogs
Brooks Brothers links to a Marketing Opt-Out Form, but its direct-mail section tells you to contact the company. It is an instruction page, not a form for entering your catalog label.
Read the Direct Mail instruction
The current Brooks Brothers privacy policy links to its Marketing Opt-Out instructions. Under Direct Mail, the page directs requests to customer service or the corporate mailing address.
There are no recipient-address fields in that instruction section. The page's Submit label is not evidence that your name and mailing address have been removed. Follow the contact route and ask for a reply tied to the catalog record.
Use customer service or the written address
The linked Contact Us page publishes U.S. customer service at 800-274-1815 and describes live chat on the official website.
For a written direct-mail request, the opt-out page gives: Brooks Brothers Corporate Office, 100 Phoenix Avenue, Enfield, CT 06082. Include the printed recipient and full delivery address. Say that you want catalogs and postal promotional mail stopped, not fewer emails or a change to an order.
If you call or use chat, keep the catalog available so you can read any label reference accurately. Save the conversation date and confirmation. Do not send a card number, login credentials or an identity document merely to explain a paper-catalog preference.
Online, store and postal messages differ
The instruction page treats ecommerce marketing emails, emails from a local store, text subscriptions and store-associate call lists separately. Unsubscribing from a promotional email does not establish that a postal record changed.
Decide which contact you want to keep. If a store associate also contacts you and you want that stopped, identify the store messages as a separate request. Do not assume the catalog instruction covers every channel automatically.
Do not use the email deadline for catalogs
The opt-out page gives an up-to-ten-business-day processing window for email marketing. That statement is not a paper-delivery deadline. Ask customer service what to expect for the specific postal record it updates.
If another catalog arrives, compare its label and note the issue date. A changed name or delivery line is useful information for a follow-up. Reference the earlier request rather than submitting an unrelated privacy or account-deletion request.
Keep shopping and credit matters separate
The privacy policy says non-promotional account and business correspondence can continue. A catalog request does not cancel an order, close a rewards account or change credit-card statements. Use the relevant authenticated provider for those matters.
Brooks Brothers also describes separate choices about sharing information. If that is your concern, read that policy section as a separate decision. For the paper in your hand, start with the postal-removal wording and its actual mailing label.
A different catalog needs attention?
Brooks Brothers has a direct customer-service route. For other unwanted paper mail, a clear photo helps us identify the sender and prepare a request. Your first request is free.
