How to Stop Brighton Catalogs
Brighton's catalog help article links a support request specifically for Unsubscribe from Catalog. Use the printed mailing address in that request; an email address alone does not tell support which catalog record to change.
Start with the catalog-unsubscribe article
The official Brighton catalog article links a catalog-unsubscribe support request. The linked URL carries the Unsubscribe from Catalog subject.
The article describes choosing the catalog-unsubscribe option and supplying your name and mailing address. If the menu looks different, keep that purpose explicit in the subject and description instead of choosing General Support to request a new catalog.
Include the address in the description
The request page includes a reply-email field and a description. Use the description to identify the printed recipient:
Please unsubscribe Brighton paper catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The mailing reference is [reference, if present].
Please confirm when the catalog preference is recorded. This is not an instruction to delete my account, change a rewards preference or cancel an order.
Omit the reference sentence if there is none. A cropped label can help with a misspelling or duplicate, but do not attach payment details or unrelated mail.
If the support form asks for order information unrelated to your request, explain that this is catalog removal rather than an order problem. Do not invent an order number. Use the actual printed recipient and address to describe the mailing record you want support to find.
Respect the support page's security check
If Brighton's page asks for human verification, complete it yourself before proceeding. Opening the page, clearing that check or preparing a message is not confirmation that support received a catalog request.
Keep the receipt or reply after you submit your own request. Do not use an email-footer unsubscribe as proof that paper mail changed.
Allow the published catalog window
Brighton's article says catalog updates may take six to eight weeks because of preprinted mailing schedules. That estimate is not an immediate stop or a guarantee for every delivery.
If catalogs continue beyond that window, use your receipt and the next label to ask support to check the record. A different recipient may explain why another copy remains.
