How to Stop Breck's Catalogs

Breck's uses a customer-service email request to stop catalog mailings. Its Subscribe or Unsubscribe page separates that written removal route from the free-catalog signup.

Use To Unsubscribe, not Free catalog

The official Subscribe or Unsubscribe instruction lists service@brecks.com for removal. It asks for first and last name, address, city, state, ZIP and account number if applicable.

For questions, the same page publishes 513-354-1512. The Free catalog link belongs to signup, so do not use it to try to cancel delivery.

Make the email about printed mail

Please remove Breck's catalog mailings for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The account number is [account number, if applicable].

Please confirm the catalog record has been updated. I am requesting no paper catalogs, not cancellation of an existing plant or bulb order.

Omit the account-number sentence if it does not apply. Use the name and address as printed, including any apartment, business name or spelling variation.

A gift shipment can have a delivery address different from the catalog label. Identify the catalog address you want suppressed rather than asking to change every saved address. If you no longer live there, explain that alongside the old printed details so the removal request is not mistaken for a new delivery instruction.

If you want only fewer catalogs, ask whether that preference is available. The published instruction here is for removal; it does not describe a seasonal-frequency menu.

Do not assume it changes every related mailing

This contact is published for Breck's catalog mailings. A separate Breck's Gifts piece or another garden retailer may have different contact instructions. Read its label rather than assuming a brand-wide change.

Email promotions are another channel. State separately whether those should stop, or whether you want to keep them while ending paper catalogs.

Keep proof of the request

The catalog instruction gives no fixed delivery cutoff. Keep the message and reply so a later conversation can refer to the exact address and date.

If a subsequent catalog has a different recipient or number, explain that difference. Asking customer service to check a second record is more precise than repeating a request without its mailing details.

More catalogs to sort out?
