How to Stop Boden Catalogs in the U.S.

For Boden catalogs delivered in the United States, ask Boden U.S. customer service to change your postal marketing preference. Include the name and address from the mailing label.

Use the current Boden U.S. contact

The U.S. privacy page directs marketing-preference changes to customer service, with your full name, address and email. Its linked Contact Us page publishes custserv@bodenusa.com and 1-866-206-9508.

Ask specifically to stop Boden paper catalogs and postal promotions. An email address is useful for a reply, but the physical mailing address identifies the catalog delivery you want changed. Include your unit and ZIP code as printed; do not replace the label with a different address without explaining the difference.

Use the catalog number when it is available

Boden's U.S. policy says an account number may appear above the address on your latest catalog. Keep that label nearby when discussing preferences. Do not invent a number or send a payment-card statement because you cannot find one.

A simple request can say: “Please stop paper catalogs for [printed name] at [complete delivery address]. The catalog account number is [number, if present]. Please confirm the postal preference you changed.” Send the completed version privately, not in a public product review.

If the label uses a former surname or a child's clothing catalog, name the exact catalog and recipient rather than assuming the shopping-account name matches every mailing. Ask support which record it found.

Ask about partner mail as a separate preference

The U.S. policy also describes a contact route for opting out of communications from marketing partners, using the catalog account number if available. Mention that preference separately if it is part of your request.

A confirmation about partner sharing does not by itself confirm that Boden's own catalog stopped. Ask for a clear answer on both choices. For an unrelated retailer already mailing you, make a request to that sender too; do not assume Boden controls every existing list.

Email timing is not a catalog deadline

The policy gives email marketing its own unsubscribe instructions and update window. Do not apply an email-processing window to paper deliveries. Ask customer service what mailing-cycle delay applies to the postal change and keep its answer with your request.

This guide does not import a UK catalog-removal deadline or UK data-broker contacts into the U.S. process. If the catalog came from another country's Boden operation, use that regional site and its published instructions.

When a catalog still arrives

Compare the later label with the saved one and reference the earlier reply. A second recipient, different account number or old unit can help support distinguish records. Explain whether you want no catalogs or are correcting duplicate delivery.

Do not request account deletion just to stop paper advertising if you still need access to orders or returns. For mail addressed to someone who left your home, follow the previous-resident guide without signing into their account.

Have a different mailer to identify?

Boden's U.S. support routes are listed above. For other paper mail, a readable photo lets us identify the sender and prepare your request. Your first request is free.
