How to Stop Arhaus Catalogs
Arhaus has a dedicated catalog-unsubscribe form. Enter the name and address as printed on your catalog, not a newsletter signup or a new catalog request.
Open Unsubscribe to Catalog
Use the official Arhaus catalog-unsubscribe page. Its instruction asks you to match the catalog exactly. The form marks first name, last name, address, ZIP, state and city with asterisks; it also shows Address 2 and an email field.
Keep the label nearby while completing the form. Use Address 2 for a printed apartment or unit when appropriate. Do not omit that detail merely because the main street address looks correct.
Submit removal, not another catalog request
Check the page title before entering your details. The unsubscribe page also links to future catalog signup, while the footer contains a newsletter box. Those are not the removal form.
Use the unsubscribe form's Send control, then look for a response that your request was received. Save any confirmation or reference. A page that never finishes loading or displays an access restriction is not confirmation of a preference change.
If you cannot use the form, the official Contact Us page publishes 866-427-4287, option 3 for Client Services. Ask about the catalog record shown on your label.
Paper, email and sharing are different choices
The Arhaus FAQ routes postal removal to the catalog form and email removal to the unsubscribe link in an email. It separately describes opting out of lists shared with other companies.
If you want more than catalog removal, name the other choice when you contact support. Do not assume deleting your shopping account is necessary, or that one form cancels every marketing channel.
Keep one record of the request
The catalog form gives no fixed delivery cutoff. Note the request date and retain the label until you can check any later mailing.
Compare the recipient, unit and any reference on another copy. A different household member's catalog may be a separate record; obtain their permission before requesting changes. Keep delivery appointments, returns, warranty matters and credit-card correspondence separate from catalog preferences.
Only supply the label details needed for removal. Do not upload unrelated mail, purchase invoices or payment information to a catalog form.
Another mailer to remove?
Use Arhaus's own form for its catalogs. For another sender, photograph a clear mailing label so we can identify the mailer and prepare a request. Your first request is free.
