How to Stop Anthropologie Catalogs
Anthropologie publishes a paper-mail removal contact in its Anthro loyalty privacy notice. Say that you want to stop postal catalogs, and use the recipient details on the label.
Contact the Anthro mailing-list team
The Anthro privacy notice has a Mailing List section, separate from Email Subscriptions. Its published removal routes are anthro@anthropologie.com and 800-309-2500.
Tell the team which printed catalog you received. Provide the name, street, unit and ZIP code as printed, rather than just the email used for shopping. The notice addresses the Anthro program; if you are not a member, ask the team to locate the catalog record or direct you to the correct postal-list contact.
Make the paper-mail request explicit
You can adapt this message for the published contact. Keep the label nearby if you call instead:
Please stop Anthropologie paper catalogs addressed to [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The mailing-label reference is [reference, if present].
I am requesting removal from postal marketing, not closure of my shopping account or cancellation of an order. Please confirm which mailing record you have updated.
Leave out the reference sentence if there is no code. You do not need to include a password, payment card or order receipt to describe the mailing label. Send recipient information privately, not in a public comment.
Trade-program mail has its own instruction
The U.S. Home Designer & Trade Program privacy page separately publishes service@anthropologie.com for its mailings. If the piece belongs to that program, follow that notice rather than a UK trade-program contact.
Include the program name when asking for removal. A request about an Anthro loyalty catalog is not evidence that every trade, corporate-family or differently branded list has also changed. Identify each actual sender instead of assuming a shared parent company means a shared preference.
Another catalog can already be on its way
The Anthro notice warns that another catalog may arrive before removal. It does not give a fixed postal cutoff. Save the request date and any reply, then compare the next label before following up.
A different recipient spelling or apartment line may point to a second record. Tell support which details differ. For a former resident, explain that the person moved; do not claim to be that person or open a loyalty account in their name.
Choose email preferences separately
If you want digital offers but no paper, say so. If you want neither, name both channels. The same published contact does not make an email-only request a confirmed catalog removal.
For unrelated catalogs, use the general catalog-removal template. Keep each sender's reply with its label so you can see which requests were made and which still need an answer.
Other catalogs in the pile?
Use Anthropologie's direct contact for its catalog. For another unwanted mailer, a clear photo helps us identify the sender and prepare a specific request. Your first request is free.
