Handle a sender without a clear removal route

Some results do not point to a removal route for the sender. You still have options, and support can help you choose among them.

What to do when no route is found

  1. Read your result email closely to see what it says about that sender.
  2. Search for the sender's website and look for an unsubscribe page, mail preferences, or a contact page.
  3. On a catalog or retailer site, check whether it offers separate preferences for its other brands. Do not assume one form covers sister brands, and ask whether any preference you cannot verify is available.
  4. If there is no web option, write to the return address on the piece with your name, your address as printed on the label, and a request to stop mailing you.

Why some senders have no route

Smaller mailers, local advertisers and some organizations may not publish a way to opt out of mail. Where none exists, the service cannot supply one. Support can tell you what is possible for a specific sender.

Ask support if you are stuck

If neither your result nor the sender's own site gives you a next step, contact Junk Mail Magic support with the sender name and the date you submitted.
