Prepare separate photos for a mail batch

Each piece of mail gets its own photo and its own request. Sorting your pile first shows how many requests you will need before you upload anything.

How to organize and shoot a batch

  1. Spread the pieces out and count them. Set aside anything that is not ordinary advertising mail addressed to you, such as bills, medical records or financial instruments, and any mail you are not authorized to handle.
  2. Photograph each piece separately so the sender name and full mailing label are visible in every shot, following the photo guide.
  3. Check each photo on your device and retake any that are hard to read.
  4. Sign in and submit the photos you want within your allowance, one request per photo, and watch your service email for each result.

Allowances and what counts as one request

Each submitted photo uses one request from your allowance, and photos of the same piece are not combined. If one photo cannot show the details needed to identify the sender, contact support before submitting. If your allowance does not cover the whole batch, see the pricing page before you upload.

Know your count first

Check your allowance at the pricing page before you start, so you do not run short partway through. Each request produces its own result by email.

Have an unwanted advertisement ready?

Photograph one piece you are authorized to handle, with the sender and full mailing label visible. Review the details before submitting. The first request is free; the sender controls the response.
