Use a sender form with a CAPTCHA
Senders add CAPTCHAs to opt-out forms to block automated submissions. Most take a moment to complete, and many offer an alternative format if the standard one does not work for you.
How to get through the verification step
- Click the checkbox or follow the image prompt. If the first attempt fails, try again once or twice with a steady connection.
- If the visual challenge is hard to complete, look for an audio or text alternative. Many CAPTCHA widgets include an icon or link for one.
- If the CAPTCHA expires while you fill in other fields, complete it again before submitting.
- If the widget does not load, try a different browser or turn off extensions that block scripts. Ad blockers and privacy tools can stop verification scripts from running.
When the CAPTCHA keeps failing
If the challenge fails repeatedly, record the error and ask the sender for help completing the request. Look for an accessible alternative offered by the form, such as an audio challenge, if that suits your needs. Use a published phone or written contact when the form remains unusable, and explain the obstacle briefly.
Submit while the check is fresh
Once the CAPTCHA clears, submit promptly and watch for a confirmation page or email. If neither appears, ask the sender's support team before resubmitting, since the first attempt may have gone through.
