Make a ten-minute mail cleanup routine

Choose one sender you want to hear less from and handle that piece first. Keep a short record of the request so your next session starts with a different sender.

How to run the routine

  1. Pick the sender whose mail arrives most often and photograph one clear piece from it.
  2. Review the details, sign in, and submit that one request, then put the pile away. One finished request beats five half-started ones.
  3. At the next session, choose the next most frequent sender instead of starting over from the top of the pile.
  4. Keep a short list of senders you have already submitted so you do not send the same one twice.

Why one request per session works

A small session can end with one reviewed request and a dated note. Put unresolved pieces in a separate place so they do not get mixed back into the finished pile. When you return, check that list before taking another photo of the same sender.

Start with the worst offender

Find the sender that mails you most and photograph one piece today. See the photo guide so the label shows what is needed. If one photo cannot show the needed details, contact support through Junk Mail Magic support before submitting.

Photograph one piece you are authorized to handle, with the sender and full mailing label visible. Review the details before submitting. The first request is free; the sender controls the response.
