Choose a mailer for the first free request

Your first request is free and needs no payment card. A plain advertising mailer with a clearly printed sender name and mailing label gives the service the most to work with.

How to pick and submit your first piece

  1. Look for an ordinary advertising mailer where the sender name and the mailing label are both printed clearly enough to read in a photo.
  2. Make sure the piece is advertising mail addressed to you. Bills, medical records, financial instruments and other people's mail do not belong here, and you should only handle mail you are authorized to handle.
  3. Photograph the sender and the full mailing label in one clear shot, using the guidance at the photo guide.
  4. Review the details the service shows you, sign in, and submit the photo for your free request. The result arrives at the email address on your account.

What makes a piece a poor first choice

Crowded small print, a partly hidden return address, a sender name that appears only inside a logo, or a smudged label can all make identification harder. A cleaner piece lets you see how the process works at its best before you decide whether you need more requests.

After you see your first result

Your result will tell you whether the service found a removal route for that sender. If something in it is unclear, ask at Junk Mail Magic support before submitting more pieces. Terms for additional requests are at the pricing page.
