How to Stop Woodcraft Catalogs

Woodcraft names a contact for unsubscribing from printed mailings. Include the physical address from the catalog, even when you send the request by email.

Use the printed-mail contact in the policy

The Woodcraft privacy policy directs print and digital marketing opt-outs to Woodcraft Supply, LLC at custserv@woodcraft.com or 800-535-4482. The policy specifically asks email requests to include the postal mailing address.

Use the exact recipient and complete address from your catalog. If your goal is only paper removal, say so instead of using a broad request that could also change email marketing.

Please stop Woodcraft printed catalogs and promotional postal mail for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code].

This is a paper-marketing request, not an order cancellation or account closure. Please confirm the mailing preference recorded and the allowance for material already prepared.

A reply email address helps support respond, but it is not a substitute for the postal record. A message containing only an email address may not identify the catalog you received.

Choose customer service, not product advice

Woodcraft lists a separate product-expert telephone number alongside customer service. The number above is the one stated in the policy's printed-mail paragraph. Use it for the marketing request rather than starting a tool-advice or sales conversation.

If you need help describing the problem, say that you are following the policy's unsubscribe instruction for printed mail. Keep a customer or mailing code from your own catalog available if support asks for it; do not send payment credentials.

Catalog signup and browser opt-outs are not the same request

FREE Catalog is a way to request a catalog, not remove a mailing record. Browsing the online catalog or changing a shopping-cart preference also does not record a no-paper instruction.

The policy discusses recognition services, cookies and marketing delivered by partners. Those online controls are separate from the printed-mail contact. Use the paper request for the address on your catalog rather than assuming a browser choice covers it.

Check which Woodcraft record sent the piece

The policy's contact belongs to Woodcraft Supply, LLC. If the return address points to a specific local store or another sender, identify that piece when contacting support instead of assuming every store keeps one shared preference.

The printed-mail paragraph does not give a fixed removal deadline. Save your request and any reply, ask about mail already prepared, and compare the next label if another catalog arrives. Different names, business addresses or customer codes can need clarification without deleting an active shopping account.
