How to Stop Vineyard Vines Catalogs

Vineyard Vines publishes a dedicated catalog email and a specific subject line. Use that postal route rather than deleting a shopping address or changing email preferences.

Use the published catalog email

The current Vineyard Vines FAQ directs catalog removal to catalog@vineyardvines.com. Put “no catalog” in the subject and your name and complete mailing address in the message.

Use the details as printed, including the apartment or suite. An email-address-only request can leave support without the delivery information it needs. If there is a mailing-label reference, preserve it with your request so you can answer a follow-up accurately.

A short message for postal removal

Use “no catalog” as the subject. Replace the brackets in this message before sending it privately:

Please stop Vineyard Vines paper catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The mailing-label reference is [reference, if present].

I want to stop catalog delivery, not close my shopping account or change an order. Please confirm the mailing record updated.

Omit the reference sentence when there is no number. Do not include a password or payment information. If the catalog is for another household member, have them make the request or authorize you; do not impersonate a former resident.

Sharing preferences are a separate choice

The FAQ's Privacy & Security section separately lists privacy@vineyardvines.com for information-sharing requests. Its specified subject is “do not share my information,” with your name and postal address.

That is different from the dedicated catalog inbox and “no catalog” subject. If you want both changes, name both concerns and follow the corresponding instructions. Do not assume a sharing request is confirmation that the retailer's own catalog stopped.

Keep your shopping address where you need it

The FAQ explains how to edit or delete saved account addresses and how to change email preferences. Those account features are not the published catalog-removal process.

If you still shop with the company, you can ask about postal marketing without trying to break order delivery or delete the account. Keep order confirmations and support messages separate from promotional catalogs, and use authenticated support for private purchase details.

Follow up with the actual label

The catalog instruction does not publish a fixed removal deadline. Save the sent email, any reply and the label you used. If another catalog arrives, compare its name, address and reference with the earlier one.

The current Contact Us page publishes customer service at 800-892-4982. Ask support about the catalog request, not the corporate-office line or a product return.

For an unrelated retailer, use its own published route in the catalog guide. A Vineyard Vines preference does not establish removal from another company's list.

Other unwanted catalogs?
