How to Stop Uncommon Goods Catalogs

To stop Uncommon Goods catalogs, use its catalog unsubscribe form with the name and address printed on the mailing label. The blue catalog code can help fill in the address.

Open Unsubscribe from catalog

The official catalog unsubscribe form asks for First Name, Last Name, Street Address, Zip Code, City and State. Street Address Line 2 is optional; use it when an apartment, suite or other second line appears on the label.

The blue catalog code in the top-right of the mailing label can optionally autofill the address. The form also lets you enter the postal details directly. Check any populated address against the paper before submitting, especially if the catalog arrived for a previous resident.

Do not substitute a new delivery address when you are trying to remove an old label. Keep each printed name and address together. If two copies arrive with different names, preserve both labels so you can distinguish the records rather than sending the same request twice.

Stopping delivery is not moving delivery

Uncommon Goods' subscription help article explains an address change as unsubscribing the current catalog address and signing up again at the new one. If you want no printed catalogs, stop after requesting removal. Do not complete a fresh catalog signup.

That distinction is useful after a move: changing where future purchases ship is a different task from identifying an unwanted catalog record. Write down the address you asked to remove so a later delivery can be compared with the original request.

Ask for help with an unmatched label

The help article publishes help@uncommongoods.com. If you cannot use the form or the label does not match, explain the postal problem through that official contact. You can adapt this wording:

Please stop Uncommon Goods paper catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The catalog code is [blue code, if available].

I want to stop delivery, not move the catalog subscription to another address. Please confirm which printed mailing record was updated and whether an issue already prepared may still arrive.

Remove the code sentence if no code is readable. Send only the label information needed for the request. A catalog preference message should not include a password, payment card or unrelated purchase history.

Keep email and follow-up separate

Uncommon Goods treats email, SMS and print catalogs as separate subscription choices. Removing your email address does not remove the postal address on a catalog. Say paper catalogs when asking support to change that preference.

Another catalog issue may arrive after a change because it was already prepared. Keep the form confirmation or support reply with the request date. If copies continue, compare the new mailing label with the one you submitted before asking support to check it again.
