How to Stop Touch of Class Catalogs

Touch of Class lets you request no catalogs or a lower mailing frequency through its published contact. Say which outcome you want; fewer catalogs is not the same preference as none.

Send the exact catalog record to the published contact

The Touch of Class Privacy & Security policy says catalog preferences can be requested by email, phone or mail. Its designated contact includes service@touchofclass.com and 800-457-7456.

For catalogs, it asks for your exact name and address or the catalog mailing label. Include the unit and ZIP code. Do not substitute a nickname or assume an email address identifies the paper record.

Please stop Touch of Class printed catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. I want no catalogs, rather than a lower mailing frequency.

Please also do not share my personally identifiable information with others for their direct marketing. Keep my purchases and necessary order messages unchanged. Please confirm the preferences recorded.

Leave out the sharing sentence if you do not want to make that additional request. If you prefer fewer catalogs, replace the first sentence with that choice and ask what frequency options are available.

A written request can use the policy address

The designated contact address for these choices is:

Touch of Class
709 West 12th Street
Huntingburg, IN 47542-8915

Include the mailing record and the specific catalog preference in your letter. Keep a copy with the date. This guide concerns the U.S. home-decor retailer at touchofclass.com, not another business with a similar name.

Catalog frequency and information sharing are separate

The policy offers a choice about sharing personally identifiable information with others for direct marketing. Make that choice explicit if desired. It is not the same as stopping the retailer's own catalogs.

The email unsubscribe link changes marketing email. SMS controls and browser advertising preferences concern other channels. Use the catalog contact for paper rather than assuming one of those actions suppressed your postal address.

Allow for promotions already planned

Touch of Class says advance planning can mean a reasonable delay before a preference takes effect. It does not give a fixed catalog-removal deadline in that instruction. Ask support about the current allowance and keep the reply.

If unwanted catalogs continue, the policy asks you to contact the company again. Compare the latest label with your original request so support can check the relevant record. Privacy-rights response periods elsewhere in the policy are not a promised catalog-delivery deadline. Stopping paper advertising also should not be treated as cancelling a purchase, deleting all customer data or blocking necessary product notices.
