How to Stop Territorial Seed Catalogs
Territorial Seed publishes a Request to Stop Catalogs instruction. Its own paper catalogs and the use of your details for third-party marketing are separate choices, even though they use the same contact.
Use the explicit catalog-removal contact
Under Your Choices and Privacy Rights, the published privacy policy lists 800-626-0866 or info@territorialseed.com to stop catalogs.
The policy's catalog request and catalog removal instructions share that contact. State which change you want rather than asking generally about a catalog.
Specify paper mail and any partner-list choice
Please stop Territorial Seed paper catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The customer or mailing reference is [reference, if present].
Please also withhold my name from lists made available for third-party marketing. Please confirm these preferences without canceling an existing order.
Delete the reference sentence if the label has none. Remove the partner-list sentence if you only want Territorial's own catalogs stopped.
Keeping these choices in separate sentences makes the requested changes clear. For phone requests, read the mailing label and ask which preferences the representative recorded.
If the response confirms only one of the two choices you requested, ask about the other in the same conversation. Keep the reply and the printed label together. A generic note saying “marketing stopped” is less helpful than knowing whether it refers to catalogs, email or partner lists.
Two to four weeks is a processing estimate
The policy says catalog requests may take two to four weeks to process. It does not say all paper mail will stop arriving by the end of that period.
Keep the request date and reply. If another catalog arrives after processing, compare its recipient and reference before following up on the same record.
Do not substitute deletion or email unsubscribe
The policy separately discusses personal-data deletion and restriction. You can ask to stop catalogs without turning that into an account-deletion request.
Say separately whether you want promotional email stopped. A partner-list preference is not a guarantee that a different seed company has removed information it already holds; use that sender's own route for its mail.
Other unwanted paper mail?
Use Territorial Seed's direct catalog route first. For another sender, a photo of the piece helps us identify the mailer and prepare a removal request. Your first request is free.
